Sticky Kicking Chicken & Noodles

400g tenderstem broccoli
4 spring onions
½ bunch fresh coriander

800g chicken thighs

200g fine egg noodles

1 tsp Chinese five-spice
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sweet chill sauce

Method
Place the chicken onto a large sheet of greaseproof paper and season with salt, pepper and 1 tsp Chinese five-spice. Fold the paper over and use a rolling pin to bash the chicken until 1.5 cm thick. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan on high heat, then add the chicken.
Cook the chicken for 8 minutes, turning halfway through. Meanwhile, place the noodles and broccoli into a separate pan and cover with boiling water. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
Once the chicken has finished cooking, drain away excess fat. Then, drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Drain the noodles and broccoli. First, serve the broccoli into 4 bowls. Toss the noodles with a drizzle of sesame oil and distribute them among the bowls. Now, serve the chicken on top. Scatter with the coriander leaves to serve and enjoy!
