1 lemon

200g green beans

1 head broccoli

25g parmesan

350g pasta shells


Cans & Jars

2 x 220g can tuna in brine

2 tsp capers


Condiments

1 tsp chilli flakes

Olive oil

Method

Prepare a large saucepan of boiling salted water. Add your pasta for 12 minutes or according to packet instructions.


Wash and trim the green beans and separate the broccoli florets. Add to the pan for the final 4-5 minutes, until both pasta and beans are tender.


Meanwhile, add the tuna to a mixing bowl and flake with a fork. Grate in the lemon zest and add 2 tsp of capers and 1 tsp of chilli flakes. Then season with salt and pepper and gently mix.


Drain the water from the saucepan and add the tuna mixture. Cook for a final minute on low heat and add a drizzle of olive oil to soften.


Serve in four bowls and grate over parmesan cheese.
